1. i.Cleanse the stone under running water or moonlight before the first wear.
2. ii.Hold the gem against your solar plexus centre and breathe with it for one minute.
3. iii.Speak your intention quietly — the stone will remember.
4. iv.Wear it on your dominant hand for sending, non-dominant for receiving.
